Day 2 - Day 3

Mobula rays and Bay full of life

At this time of year, Mobula rays migrate in huge schools of thousands near the shores of Baja California, and this season their largest aggregations can be seen. Each day we hop on a boat and spend the day searching for them, watching their acrobatic leaps out of the water and finding the best opportunities to swim with them. Hundreds of rays leaping out of the water and slapping against the ocean's surface is one of the most amazing natural spectacles on the planet. On these exploratory expeditions, we'll also search for the orcas, sperm whales and blue whales that cross this area. The waters of the Gulf of California are teeming with life, and we'll be looking for every opportunity to swim with the amazing wildlife we'll have the chance to see.

• Accommodation: Private villa, (rooms for 2 with private bathroom)

Day 4
Sea lion Colony

On this day, we will drive through a scenic route full of cacti to spend time on a boat with stunning scenery along the coast of Baja California. We will swim in a large colony of sea lions and play with their curious pups. The sea lions here in Los Islotes are friendly and playful, the youngs often come very close and ask you to play with the air bubbles and their moms come to inspect you out and sometimes even want to be touched. We will enjoy lunch on a white sandy beach in a beautiful blue lagoon, and on the way back to the port, we will observe rare birds, dolphins, and other marine life in this area full life.
• Accommodation: Private villa,
(rooms for 2 with private bathroom)

Day 5

La Paz - Balandra

After intense experiences in the past few days, today we'll visit Balandra Bay, which houses one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico. The Balandra Bay area is on the UNESCO World Heritage list and its shallow turquoise crystal-clear water is surrounded by dusty pink mountains, offering a beautiful view of the Baja California coast.

• Accommodation: Private villa, (rooms for 2 with private bathroom)

Day 6 - Sharks

We depart from the harbor and head out to locate the best spot for shark encounters. Once there, we begin attracting sharks to the boat. Sometimes it takes as little as 20 minutes for them to arrive, other times it requires more patience. While waiting, we may spot whales or large pelagic fish such as wahoo.

As soon as the sharks appear, we enter the water. You will be accompanied at all times by a professional shark guide with more than 12 years of experience, ensuring both safety and a deeper understanding of shark behavior. The species we are most likely to encounter are silky sharks, mako sharks or blue sharks.

• Accommodation: Private villa, (rooms for 2 with private bathroom)

Day  7

Mobula rays and Bay full of life

Each day, we will spend around 6 hours on the boat looking for the best wildlife experience this special place has to offer - thousands of mobula rays dancing underwater as one, encounters with intelligent orcas, and the possibility to see blue whales, sperm whales, different species of dolphins and other marine animals. It is no coincidence that even National Geographic chose this area to shoot some of the footage for their ocean documentairs.
• Accommodation: Private villa, (rooms for 2 with private bathroom)
